United Pacific College, founded in 1998, is registered with the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Advanced Education Skills and Training with a Designation Certificate to offer post-secondary education in Richmond, British Columbia. The College has built up a solid reputation in providing tremendous education opportunities through highly qualified instructors and an excellent learning environment. Over the years, United Pacific College has been successful in helping students pursue their education and career.

David G-Mc is responsible for teaching quality and is the lead lecturer at UPC.C. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second Language, as well as ESL teaching certificates from various Canadian schools and the University of Cambridge.
